Eaton mess.

My friends and I moseyed on over to Moemas in Parktown North for a spot a lunch before shopping! And when I saw these enormous meringues with a swirl of magenta, I just had to bring some home to make an ‘Eaton mes’ recipe for my Pie.
This is the easiest dessert in the world, and boy is it delicious!
Ingredients:
1) Meringues
2) Strawberries
3) Cream or yoghurt
Recipe
Mash up the meringues, and toss with chopped strawberries. Drizzle some cream or yoghurt and serve immediately.
Yum!
